Shipping policy

At ILLUSION CO, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently, securely, and with care. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney based warehouse and packed carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST (Sydney time) on business days are generally processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods or promotional events, please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for processing.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within Australia and New Zealand.
Orders placed outside these regions cannot be fulfilled at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $14.95 AUD

  • Express Shipping: $19.95 AUD

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200 AUD

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 6 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

New Zealand Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: $19.95 AUD

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200 AUD

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local courier services.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your parcel:

  • A redelivery attempt may be scheduled, or

  • The parcel may be redirected to a local collection point with pickup instructions provided by the courier.

  • Delivery timeframes refer to shipping duration after dispatch, not total order time.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to activate.

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels if required.
