This is a new version of the Phoenix Neo, updated to give you more battery time and the function to turn off the light through the app whilst the improved size will comfortably fit more users.
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, with most orders placed before 12 PM AEST processed the same business day. We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand, offering standard and express delivery options, with free standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD. Delivery times vary by location and service selected, and tracking details are provided once your order ships.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for faulty or incorrect items, requested within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
